Phones lines open at 08:00 and are also available during the lunchtime closure from 13:30-14:00 at Beechcroft and 13:00-13:30 at Old Palace.

Extended Access

Our extended access service is available from 18.30-20.00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00-17:00 on Saturday.

All appointments take place at Roundwell Medical Centre, Dr Torrens Way, New Costessey, Norwich, NR5 0GB.

Out of Hours Service

When the practice is closed Monday to Friday, all day at weekends and on bank holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

Emergencies

In a genuine emergency you should call 999 and ask for an ambulance. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
