You can use this portal to book and cancel appointments, order repeat medication, take part in questionnaires, check results and access your coded medical record.

Please note that the above link will redirect you to an external website, run by TPP (our medical computer system provider), over which we have no control for availability, service, etc. and you will be subject to their privacy and fair processing policy.

In both instances, you will need to provide a form of photographic ID and proof of address.

If you are booking an online appointment, please only book for the site at which you are registered. If you book for an alternative site, you will be contacted to change your appointment.

Please be aware that it is sometimes possible you might see a test result before your doctor has or it has been reviewed by a clinician. Don’t worry about this, as your doctor will always discuss your results with you if they feel they are abnormal or need further clarification.
